Module content | Socio-political aspects of information in global context. This module examines aspects of the information and knowledge society within local, regional and international contexts. Criteria and sub-criteria of the information and knowledge society is discussed and applied on various developed and developing communities and countries. Other socio-political aspects such as the Digital Divide, Information Poverty and ICT4D are also discussed. |
